Musclos al vapor cuits al wok

Per a quatre persones, netegeu 1,5 Kg de musclos. Trieu-los més aviat petits i aparteu-ne els grossos per a l’arròs i altres plats. Poseu-los en un wok amb tres fulles de llor i ni una gota d’aigua. Enceneu el foc. Quan l’últim musclo s’haurà obert, apagueu el foc i deixeu refredar el conjunt deu minuts. L’aigua que hauran desprès els musclos la podeu usar en l’arròs, si voleu.
